Nice work today. We did a good job keeping it slow. Its fun to run slow and have good conversion. That just as good as a hard successful tempo run. We will keep each other going.

Your a good friend as well. We can keep each other motivated to stay fit and I think that's a good goal to stay at. 1. You don't worry about racing, speed and other stuff. 2. It's more enjoyable to run how you feel and not pick what type of training run your going to do. 3. If we want to pick the pace up we can motivate each other and push for fun.
