Like the scriptural quote at the top of your blog. One of my favorite:) How is the running and everything going lately?

I have been doing good. I am now the associate pastor at my church. :) Running is going good. I needed this cut back week to help me get refreshed and i am now ready to get back to my training. I see you put a lot of miles in last week. How do you feel after doing so many miles?

Ok but I do need to step back now to absorb the training from the increases in the last few weeks. Congrats on the associate pastor position by the way:)
