Well, we all go through hard times and it is really nice to have people around that care and want the best for you. Also, i was talking to my doctor friend today and he told me something that might help you out with ice baths. He said the best things for taking ice bath is to take a hot shower before then take the ice bath and then another hot shower when you are done. I hope this helps and if you do this, please let me know how it turns out.
