Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
AM Track Workout: Ran with Dennis as he paced me on 6 X 800 with 200 recovery each, 4 X 200 with 200 recovery each. Had a good workout as each 800 was faster and got some good pointers from Dennis. (Kinvara: 26.6)
