Fun race!  Hilly as usual.  I was hoping to just run it without dying after the marathon Sunday and it felt pretty good.  I don't think I would have run it any faster.

Nice going down the hills, the finish was no fun at all!

That's an amazing time on that course, especially the week after a marathon

ditto what Jon says. amazing. how do you do it? you don't even look like you touch the ground when you run. maybe it is anti gravity shoes or something?

That is a tough course. You had a great time, especially for a recovery run.

It doesn't look like I'm touching the ground because by that time I had some wicked blisters from those old shoes so I was trying to touch the ground as little as possible!

You are crazier than me running like that! A 10k 6 days after a marathon! Sheesh. I didn't think I could catch you. I kept thinking this guy just ran a marathon last week. Why isn't he slowing down? Great race!

From Steve on Sun, Feb 21, 2010 at 19:36:37 from 63.248.161.203

yah, and I did slow down a lot huh? There wasn't much left for that one. You just blew by me on that hill! Or maybe it was because I was practically walking.

nice race. I wish I could run as fast as you can run.

Great race, wow what a time a week off a marathon!
