Full day surfing at Hermosa, Costa Rica.  Impossible to describe this place.  Manta Rays swimming around me on the board.  Nice trail run where I saw three monkeys, a river filled with gators, Mcaws, parrots, three huge iguanas, and a sloth.  Never seen a trail with so much life even in this country.  I have not slept more than an hour for two nights, there is just too much to do.
