Lunch at Roosters with family today, the best cheeseburger on the planet.  I would have done nothing today but Rob called me up this week and asked if I'd get a long run in with him of 24 miles or so.

What a cool run, and great company.  I don't get the chance to run a lot with someone else so I love a change of pace.  I could feel that burger the whole way though and Rob is obviously in better shape right now than I am, so I felt it!

And then Rob's wife made us steak for dinner.  Can life get much better?  :)

I got back to the house with the kids and still needed that mileage so I hit a really slow 4 miler at 11pm.

Yeah, because my 60 to 70 miles weeks have me in better shape than your 100 mile weeks. I beg to differ.

I really enjoyed the run too. We'll do it again soon.
