1 hour pool runing followed by the lifting exersizes. I have decided to take this recovery serious and follow an aggresive receovery with someone else's ideas instead of my own. this is the third workout of that program and yesterday I couldn't even complete the workout. I though I was in shape... My workouts will be focused on everything but the bad hip stabilizer and abductor on the right side, but a lot of flexibility stuff for those too. Whats up with all the jumping exersizes too? Crazy. Some other surprizing things that came back are: I have to lose 11 lbs, I have to be able to do 25 consecutive pull ups (I can do 15), My vertical leap is pathetic, I have amazingly weak hamstrings, I need to schedule and work towards a hard race in six weeks. |
