This blog got deleted somehow so I'm entering it again.  I was pretty bummed this weekend to not be running the TOU half and had a great entry for the Hood to Coast relay but had to withdraw for family reasons.  So it was a hard weekend.

I had to fly a family member into Baylor Medical Center in Dallas and had the morning off so I looked up the race schedule and hit this 5K.  I just had time to run down to the park and run back, 6.5 mile round trip.  I think the warmup really helped as it was my fastest 5 K this summer.  Fun race!

Way to show those guys! Board-shorts. Never judge a book by it's cover. After you've read a book, you won't judge it by it's cover.

You seem to always have your speed even with a break! That is an awesome time, great job.
