Pretty tired this morning for this race after a great week of training and a long campout with family but I don't think it slowed down my race.  Pretty much on pace for what I'm running this summer.  Finally feeling a little stride coming back and I haven't broke down with the increase in training.  Course it would be good to keep up with guys on the circuit again.  :-)

Walter ran an awesome Master race, really in the groove this year.  Rob blew by me about 2.7 which was fairly rude.

After heading back up to the canyon for the rest of the reunion I went down and ran the Mt Olympus Trail up to the peak.  No idea this trail was so brutal.  Almost a 5,000 foot gain in 3.5 miles.  Started at just over 100  degrees at the trailhead.  Reminded me in a lot of ways of the R2R up the south rim.  Awesome trail.

Good to see you getting stronger and faster. It takes a ton of patience to get back into that crazy good shape you were in early last year. I'm looking forward to reading about more crazy back-to-back marathons, R2R workouts, and double treadmill workouts that would make most people puke.
