Hi Jeff!
No idea, I know that sounds stupid but I've trained all over the place this spring as far as consistency. I've been chatting a lot with Rob this spring about training. I have not had the time to get the quality runs in that I had planned, but who does? At least it's been fun. I'll probably shoot for around a 2:40

Best laid plans seldom do go as planned! But at least we could try to hook up (all 3 of us) and work together for a while...3 old guys crusin' down the road, what a sight!
BTW, you seem to have plenty of quality amongst your travels!
