We were supposed to go for a 60 minute run today.. so I was going to split it up and do 40min during practice time and 20min later tonight.. but as soon as we started I knew that wasn't going to happen. After the first step I was already limping. After like 5 minutes I wasn't really limping but it still really really hurt to run. There was a group of girls turning back at 13 minutes "the hurt girls" so I figured I better go with them. We only ran 25 minutes so we went to Gold's Gym to finish the time, cross training. We went inside their Cardio Cinnema so we got to watch a movie while we biked and used the elyptical. That made the time go a lot faster cause we were in there for 35 minutes and I had no idea time was up cause I was just zoned into the movie. I like that. Treatment: before practice- heat, stim, streched after practice- tested to see if I have a stress fracture and they don't think I do, so he gave me Graston... I basically cired. I was squimming all over the table cause it hurt so so bad. Then I streched out afterwards. I'll be filling it tomorrow! I don't know what it wrong with my leg!!
