| I love running Snow Canyon. I miss it so much! It was a beautiful solitary run for me. I started out with my mom and her group, but felt good and ran ahead. By the end of the run, I wanted to keep going, I had to stop to get a ride home with my mom, but now wish I would've just ran home. LOVED IT. |

| I went to Amber's spin class. She is the best spin instructor EVER. It was really fun, hard and motivating. Thanks Amber! Amber planned to run 6 after, but I had to be back to head to Lake Powell. We had a nice little 1 mile run, it was fun to catch up! |

| We came back from the lake a day early to do our long run. I ran with 2 girls, Kristy and Camerly (friends/neighbors of Liisa) the first 10. Then the next 5 I ran with mom, Kay and Liisa, then did the last 5 alone. It was SO HOT! I remembered why we used to get up at 3 to do our long runs to beat the heat. We went from 6:30 and didn't finish til about 10. Cotton mouth and chills accompanied me the last 6 or 7. I overloaded on water at the end and got quite nauseous. |
