6X800. This actually went better than planned. It was hard, but felt good on the body to get a good solid workout. Strained the groin a little on the 5th 800, still feeing it now (Mon. 6/21), but not too serious an injury. 3;20, 3:09, 3:11, 3:11, 3:12, 3:18
The babies had fun on the field running, playing in the sand pit, climbing the bleachers, and doing some repeats on the tracks themselves. Hayden just relaxed in the sun:) |
