Easy 10 miles recovery today at 7-8/min pace. 7th and 13th east out and back. Avg about 7:30 on the first 5 miles and then 7min or so on the last 5 miles. Felt surprisingly good this evening but I think part of it though was getting a good solid 9 hrs sleep today and having lower weekly mileage.
10 miles with 6 miles in the middle at marathon pace effort. 7th and 13th east out and back with cool down on the trax loop. Last quality workout until after UV.
Easy-medium 10 miler with last 4 at MP effort. 7th and 13th east out and back. Felt tired and a little slow today, maybe from flipping my sleep schedule the other day. Fun part is I get to do it all over again this weekend. Ugh..:(
