PM2- Easy 3.5 miles at lunch time. Getting the diet to balance energy output is tricky especially in keeping it quality. Two McDoubles with a large Coke for breakfast is not the best option..
Easy to steady state 10 mile run this afternoon. Summer is here for sure now. Doing a better job on diet today with an emphasis on electrolyte replacement. I ate a banana along with chips and salsa.. Followed up with chicken and rice for dinner.
