Easy 4 mile jog before work with 8 miles afterwards.
Easy 5 mile wake up jog with 7 easy-medium effort after work in the park.
Easy 5 miles before dinner. Sphaghetti and wheat garlic toast. One of my favorites.. Eating dinner at 10:30 am seems strange but hey welcome to night shifts.
Early morning 10 miler. Full moon out this morning made for a great run.
