Nine miles easy to marathon pace intensity in the middle of the run. Not using the heart rate monitor lately, but instead by feel listening to what my body and mind wants to do. Easy short jog tomorrow and then a day off the next.
Sunday works for me because its a time for worship and spending time with my family. By the way I'm not saying you shouldn't run on Sunday.. I have in the past and have found it to be restorative. The Sabbath was made for man.
