Five mile aerobic pace test. Ran the last two miles at medium-hard effort and confidence in my ability to compete is definitely up now.

Disturbed by the events in Ukraine and hope that there will be a diplomatic outcome in this.  I worry about the satellite nations of NATO being the next target..
