AM-6 mi easy. PM-9mi-Speed changes with 800m, 6x400m, then 1.7mi. All at 5k goal pace. Felt really smooth. Pace sense was really good considering all the people I had to dodge on the indoor track. Did a different workout than the rest of the gang. It really helps my economy and pace judgement skills when I practice at race intensity. I think it may not matter though after seeing Pauls map of the 5k course. Changes in momentum and pace are going to be a killer. |
