Striders 5k- 16:53 Good solid effort for 5th place. Very hilly course today however running it was kind of  fun. I was very impressed with everybody and their performance. I have to agree with everyone that Paul is back stronger than ever and is breathing fire...

Good work! This was a PR equivalent. The predictor says 16:13 in Heart of Holladay, which would probably be 16:03 in Salt Lake 5 K.
