AM-Easy/medium 6 miles in Cortez. Afterwards came back and had a swim in the pool along with an amazing breakfast. This is going down as one of our better trips according to the boys.  They like have having a pool right next to the room:)  Off to the ruins up the road at Mesa Verde for some exploring and tour. 

PM-No run. The ladder located in the ruins which everyone had to scale in order to get to one of the cliff sights was a bit un-nerving.  My kids scaled it like they were Army Rangers however..

Definitely.. The lighting in Monument Valley with the clouds just barely letting the sun in made for some really cool pics..
