AM-8 miles on the mill with last 3 at 6-6:10/mi. Some weights for quads and calves.
PM-A mile jog with Aaron out in the sun. Incredible weather this afternoon... Going long tomorrow for about 14-15 miles on hills with some Renato Canova style MP pace variations thrown in at the end. Grueling but also kind of fun if you don't overdo them.
