AM-10.4 mile progression run consisting of 2.4 miles on the soft deck mill, then 6 progressive at 6:30-6:10/mi./ .5-1.5% incline on the treadmill with the overhead fan.  Had to stop a few times to down some grape Powerade; (no breakfast and very few calories yesterday which was my fault..) Then my sciatic nerve/SI joint started acting up.. So I jumped off and did my extended 2 mile cool down home and called it a day.  Not sure why I experience this SI problem so much more on the treadmill vs the roads. In most respects I'm feeling great but it's time to back things off a little now.  (For my own info the the single leg presses and abduction exercises yesterday may have stressed that area a bit too much.)

PM-8 miles easy 7-8 min pace. Fall is most definitely in the air now.

Hope you feel better after some rest.

Thanks Bob, I did manage to get some pretty good sleep last night which really helped. I always seem to sleep better in the fall when it's a little cooler.
