AM-13 miles with alternating intensity at the end of the run. (5:42-6:10)@1-1.5% incline.
PM-7 mile jog recovery on 7th/13th out/back at lunch time.
PM-4 mile shakeout on 7th with 8x100m strideouts up and down next to home. Felt good but I'm sure the fatigue will settle in by tomorrow..
