AM-Long Run with a pick-up in pace at the end.  Salt Lake Marathon course/Sugarhouse Park/Downtown area.  Ran for exactly 2:30:52 total time. Hopped on TRAX and took a nap on the way home:)  I'm calling it 19 to be conservative since I don't use GPS.

PM-Easy 6 miles. 7th/9400s.  Slow at first but clicked off 7/min pace on the last two miles.

nice run. i especially like the TRAX nap afterwards. i've done a few runs down to sandy and then traxed back to slc...stiff legs getting off that train. :)

I've never rode TRAX. That's for Democrats.

You should have joined us today.

Allie-Unless you sleep through your stop which almost happened to me..

Rob-Don't get me started:) When I said conservative I did not mean Republican! By the way I don't like even being remotely identified with Democrats or Republicans. Both lost and corrupt parties..

I would liked to have joined but I had no idea where or if anyone was even going.

I'm joking around Rob.
