Planned rest day. Way back when I was following Hal Higdon's training I would have two days prior as a complete rest day. Just massaged out the legs with the roller and tried to rest a little extra. Work has been making that interesting but in an overall positive way so that should be ok. Tomorrow is travel and a shake-out on the track and then RACE!!!

Good luck! Make sure you bring those gloves tomorrow :) You wearing the compression socks again?

From Adam RW on Fri, Sep 14, 2012 at 13:30:01 from 155.101.152.123

They are both in my bag.

I'm concerned about upper body though.

Right now I'm just planning on my singlet, shorts, hat, gloves, and compression socks. I think my arms are going to be super cold the first few miles though...

I think Jake has two pairs of arm warmers if you want him to bring them. I've put disposable long socks on my arms before too :)

I like the disposable idea.

When do you two head up? We are leaving shortly to drive the course before the packet pick-up...
