We did 30 second sprints 2xper lap at Sugar House Park. I really worked on my form while running today. Trying to land on my mid foot not on my heels. I realized I need to lift my knees higher when I run, it will bring my foot around in the right position so that I'm not on my toes. My feet also make less noise hitting the pavement, which I lessens the pounding on my knees. A mentally successful day. :) |
