Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a Marathon in Fall of 2021.
My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.
I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.
I am a Senior studying Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho.

0.75 with my wife. I´m starting real easy as I try to get my wife to enjoy running more.
Good run. A bit tougher for Emily. I continue to inadvertently push the pace a bit as I am slowing down for her. It frustrates her but she will get better as she runs consistently.

My Fitbit watch says 1.6 but my phone says 2.19 so I don't know which to trust. I will be buying a Garmin soon. I'm on a bit of a budget so any suggestions?
I went out at my pace and Emily had a hard time with it so I slowed down and she struggled the rest of the run.

I ran alone today to destress. Fitbit Versa says 2.3, I will test it this week when I get my Garmin 245.
