Pm. Y treddy. 5 minute warm up. 4 x 1 min on/off 6:18. 2 minute jog. 8 minutes 6:40 pace. 3 minute jog. 4 x 1 min on/off 6:18. Cooldown to 5 miles. This wasn't terribly hard, which was encouraging, because last time 6:40 pace almost deatroyed me.
