Yowza. I partied too hard last night. Slid into the indoor track with vanessa in kidzone, but it is 6 laps to a mile, not bad. Launched straight into 1.5 miles in 9:40, half mile jog, 1 mile in 6:20, half mile jog, then 8 x 1 lap on/off around 5:30 pace, cooled down to make 7 miles then did a little core. |
