Between family obligations and time with my daughter I had a little time on the home treddy while she watched My Little Pony. Warmed up 10 minutes slow, then 5 x 45secs on/75 off at 5:27 pace, immediately followed by 10 x 1min on/off at 6:00 pace, then cooldown to 6 miles. I am STILL sore from my crossfit experience, which I clearly overdid in my attempt to do what all the other experienced crossfitters did.
