75 degrees. 70% humidity. not terrible, but not great. Ran 12 easy then 5 mile tempo 6:49, 6:35, 6:49, 6:33, 6:49, 1.1 mile cooldown. The tempo did not feel as good as I was hoping for...might have helped if I had planned for some fluid or fuel during this run but I didn't, and it wasn't terrible. pm: 5 mile shakeout by my work post. legs actually felt fine, but I waxs hungry!
