This has to be a record for the home treddy, but the more I use it the more I realize this is the way to go to get miles in on my limited time while my daughter is sleeping. 20 minute warm up, 12 x 1 minute on/off with "on" minutes at 5:27 pace, 5 minute jog, 10 minutes at 6:27 pace(which feels like a jog after the 5:27 minutes), cooldown 20 minutes. |
