today we went to wheeler farm. we had a 2 mile warmup it felt pretty nice. we fartleked for what felt like kind of forever but it was 4 miles. and i was really tired by the lst 2 laps!, but i didnt walk at all today, i was quite proud of myself! then we had a mile and a half cool down.

Today we ran the shoreline trail, i think thats what its called it is across the street from the zoo. anyway i ran behind bill for maybe about a mile, i did ok on the hills they were hard, but i didnt walk them. but then i felt really sick, and threw up a little. that was fun. Delany and Becca and Camille were so nice and stayed with me for a bit, then i walked a bit of it, i ran back with Becca and Delany. I feel kind of frustarted with myself because i was kinda in the front then i stopped to throw up and walk but thats ok. then we did core at the park. it was not my best workout.

Today we did the bike and run! it was alot of fun! i was on a team with kevin. the last 3 miles were the hardest for me. i really did bad on the bike! ( i was not born to be a biker!) ha. it took me untill the last 3 miles  to learn how to the gears on the bike. some of the hills were hard, but i tried not to walk them! bill pushed me at the end, which was good. i had alot of fun doing this!

today we were at liberty park. we did a warm up lap and then firemen, i was in group 2 so the pace was pretty quick. by half way around the park i was pretty tired but bill was awesome and kept really pushing me. i had to leave early, but i didnt do another mile at home.

Today we ran the National Guard 5K. It was fun! we did a 1.3 mile warm up and the did some strides. i felt good at the begining of the race, i got a bit of a crap but i ran through it (well there isnt anything else i would have done ;P) the last hill was though i could really feel my legs burning, but i passes quite a few people on the hill i caught up to jesse, and at the end i sprinted and beat her and other people. we had a cool down.

well today was hard,that about sums it up. ok so we went to the JCC trail. i felt really good the whole run i caught up to jesse and abigail on hill that goes up to the upper trail. i didnt really feel tired (unlike the last time i ran this) i went to the varsity point which was almost 4 miles i think. then we did the horrible hill 10 times. it was really hard my legs burned really bad but i did finish!! then i ran down with patrick and dakota most of the way down. patrick and i would stop for a short moment at each river and splash ourelves haha. i actually kinda like this run, just hated the 10 hills.

today we met at sugarhouse park we started with doing the state course, then we did 10 hills i didnt walk these and was proud of myself. then we did 2 sets of circuits,. they were prettty hard, but went by pretty fast then we did the state course again but backwards, i actually liked it backwards more. it was a hard workout , especially since i had not run for 4 days.

today was a speed workout. gross.. we started at liberty park and did a warm up lap then we ran 1/2 way around and then did 6 strides, then we did 1/2 a mile very quickly i dont know what they are called but i did it in about 3:34. then we did half mile recovery then did a mile i cant remeber what my speed was i think it was 7:20 ish then did a recovery and then did another half i got 3:32 then we did a cool down around the park and then had a dutch oven breakfast :)

today i wasnt able to come to practice because i had to babysit so i did a lap and 1/2 then tonight i ran 3 with nat around the neighbor hood.

today we ran at sunnyside and just did 2 1/2 loops in the glen and did strides and a cool down. then tonight we had the race and i made varsity!!!!! and i am also a team capitan which was a big surprise! well and then did a 5 min cool down. fun night!!
