Today we did the bike and run! it was alot of fun! i was on a team with kevin. the last 3 miles were the hardest for me. i really did bad on the bike! ( i was not born to be a biker!) ha. it took me untill the last 3 miles  to learn how to the gears on the bike. some of the hills were hard, but i tried not to walk them! bill pushed me at the end, which was good. i had alot of fun doing this!

Your finish was very good, I have noticed much improvement over the past week or so. On the hill yesterday I knew it was a girl behind me but didn't want to look to see who. Tried to figure it out and couldn't when I finally looked it was a nice surprise. You are strong and can push yourself, that is a great trait in a distance runner.
