today was a speed workout. gross.. we started at liberty park and did a warm up lap then we ran 1/2 way around and then did 6 strides, then we did 1/2 a mile very quickly i dont know what they are called but i did it in about 3:34. then we did half mile recovery then did a mile i cant remeber what my speed was i think it was 7:20 ish then did a recovery and then did another half i got 3:32 then we did a cool down around the park and then had a dutch oven breakfast :) |
