Today I actually did a routine, and not just practicing poses... OUCH! I'm about as flexible as kindling! I have to pick up my baby brother at 1 am in Lake forest tonight so I'm going to do Casey's loop 4 or 5 times tonight... It's close to home and I can test out my right hammy without getting to far to walk home. I am getting really impatient.
