Everybody in my house has been sick for the last 2 weeks except for me. I almost feel like it may be starting to hit me. Hopefully it is just be sympathy sickness. Felt a little weak during the run.
Absolutely perfect morning for a run. Met Kam at the LPT and ran 11 miles at a comfortable pace. Well, it was a comfortable pace for him but a bit of a push for me. Miles just flew by but I knew that I didn't have a lot in me. Hopefully I didn't hold Kam back too much.
