For some reason, my legs are still completely wiped out. I think that it is because I didn't take a day off last week. I have a long run tomorrow then next week will be a cut back week. After that, my 12 week training program for St. George begins. I'm hoping that the cut back week will put me at a good starting point for a good training cycle. Total Time: 57:30 (7:53/mile) |
