Was able to drive to the LPT and get in a good run.  It was a little windy going out but it was mostly a cross wind so it didn't affect the run too much.  I started a little further north again in my quest to verify all of the mile markers.  I was going to turn around at the 10.5 mile marker but never found it.  That must be the one that JD said was off.   After the run I did day 4, column 3 day 2 of the push up challenge.  The first 4 sets felt good and I was doing well with the final set until one of my daughters had a hair emergency that required my immediate attention.  I finished a few short of the minimum.

Wow you are a really great dad if you can fix a hair emergency. I don't think my husband even knows how to put in a pony tail.

I'm pretty much limited to pony tails and braids. I have tried the curling iron a few times but it takes too long (especially with 2 girls).

Oh funny Andy. When I am gone, poor Jared calls the neighbors for hair. But now my oldest is 13 so she can help the 6 year old.

Hair today, gone tomorrow. I miss fixing my daughter's hair. Andy, you're a great dad!

I ran on the LPT yesterday (Wednesday). I had read your blog earlier, so I checked again on the discrepency between mile marker 10 and 10.5...yep, it's a full .70. That's a long half mile!
