Two miles warm up then 3X1 mile at 5K pace with 1/2 mile jog in between.  Did the repeats on the WB trail again.  First mile felt very good and I was in a good rhythm (5:56).  The only issue is that they put in gates where the trail intersects the road.  Kind of had to zig zag to get through them.  Second mile was a little more work.  Didn't feel great but still came in at 5:58. I really had to convince myself to start the third. I got going and tried to focus on running smooth.  I checked my pace after 1/2 mile and it was too slow.  Tried to pick it up but couldn't do it.  Last mile split was 6:10.  Not thrilled about the last mile but the run was good otherwise.  Cooled down with 2 super easy miles.

Nice to see you getting in the mile repeats. They will get better as you keep at 'em.
