The roads and sidewalk were very slippery.  I kept the pace easy so that I could maintain my footing.  I'm so ready for spring.

Tell me about it. It was so slick out there. Oh hey Andy was going to ask you about what time do you normally get out and do your runs on the parkway up there?? We were thinking about going and running that one of these Sat really soon. And maybe hook up with you for some of it.

Let me know when you want to run and I can meet you. I usually try to get out early when I have my kids but can work something out anytime you want to come down.

K sweet man. Not sure when we will want to come up that way. But it will be sooner then later.

I'm glad to hear there have been no more falls since that bad one you had a couple months ago. Be safe out there. Soon the weather will be perfect for running.

It is Spring. In Utah, if you don't like the weather, wait just a few hours, it will change. Crazy...but that's the way it goes.

Glad you got your run in without any incidence.
