Recovery runs are being replaced with recovery days. Do I shut it down for 2 weeks and forget about the Ogden marathon or push through hoping I miraculously heal?

I am studying like a madwoman right now but had to quickly check on how your ibuprofen run went yesterday and how you feel today.
My thoughts: pool run. Seriously. Hook up with RivertonPaul for it on Saturdays.

Possibly call a doc or come see the PT I work for. He is great.
