Started with 4.5 miles before the club run.  I have been neglecting my hill runs lately so I wanted to throw in a little hill running before meeting with the club.  Did a loop that started on Daivs Blvd and went down to Orchard Dr then back up.  It was a good climb and I felt decent while coming up.  Pretty small group this morning so I ended up running solo.  I was able to maintain a decent pace and felt good through out the run (except when I had to field a call and continued running during the conversation).

Nice med long run with hills. So do you always run with your cell phone?

I take my cell phone in case my kids need to get in touch with me so I have it with me 90% of my runs.

Way to kill those hills Andy. It is pretty steep in that area. Did you go up and down 1800?

Good job on the hills. I need to do more hill work, since there were plenty in the run today. Nice coordination with the phone.

Nice to take advantage and hit the hills on your MLR.
