It was warm this morning and very windy.  I guess a storm is blowing in so I enjoyed what is probably the last warm weather run for awhile.  Other than a little soreness in my joints, my legs feel like they have recovered.  Felt good at my 5 mile turn so I kept going.  Did the same thing at the 6 and 7 mile turn.  It was a good run even though it was slow.

Yeah it was kind of odd with the wind and being so warm. I was about to get my tights out till I stepped outside and felt that it was so warm. But I think it might be the last of the warm weather but who knows.

Sounds like you guys have a big winter storm heading your way. Do me a favor and keep it up there so we can continue to enjoy our days in the mid to upper 70s.
