Another easy run as I coast into TOU. Pushed the pace to MP during the downhill mile just as a reminder. Ran it in 6:43 which is exactly what I want to average coming down the canyon. The pace felt just about how it was supposed to.
Good luck tomorrow at TOU, you will do great. Can't wait to read the report.
