Hang in there friend.

Your body is trying to tell you something. I hope you're back to your old speedy self soon.

Maybe a rest day is in order??? But then, you wouldn't be Andy if you took a day off would you?

From Teena on Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at 13:51:44 from 67.177.20.13

Oh Andy!! I hate that.

I think you have caught a bug, seriously. Get lots of rest.

Sorry you aren't feeling up to par. That just plain stinks! I will always remember that you were the first person I saw after completing SGM last year ... I was so happy and you were the first one I was able to share that with! You are great, and I hate it when you don't feel good.

Seriously, get some rest. Lots of it! Skip your night job! ;)

You'll snap out of it soon.

I'm thinking maybe you need a big plate of xxtra hot boneless wings and a pitcher of beer. Ooh, and maybe some nachos. Just a thought :)

(or maybe that's what I'm craving...)

I'm rooting for you, man.

So sad your run didn't go well...did you run with the SDRR? Did you go to the mingle after?

From fly on the Wall on Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at 17:09:10 from 166.70.192.189

Have you caught up on your sleep?

Or maybe it's like you have the hick ups and need to drink out of a glass upside down and backwards?

Sorry Andy. Hope you're back to feeling yourself soon.

So sad to hear you're not feeling your best! Please take care and know that we are thinking of you.

How are you feeling today Andy? I've been worried about you.
