Woke up very early and couldn't go back to sleep so I was very tired during the run.  Sticking with the plan and keeping the mileage low even though it is very difficult for me to post such low mileage every day. Random thought of the day - Shakira is very strange.

Cal - I was watching MTV (yes I realize I'm too old to watch MTV) while I was entering today's run in the blog and her new video was on. It was very strange to say the least.

I guess I will have to youtube the video. I have not see it yet.

I found it is smart to watch whatever my kid want to watch that way I know if is appropriate or not. I have seen a lot of strange things on MTV and my kids are not allowed to watch most of it even though they are 17 and 16.
