Started off with 6 easy miles before the club run.  I wiped out pretty hard wake boarding yesterday and my shoulder is really sore.  Seemed alright during the run but I could feel it.  Trevor was there this morning which meant that I was going to get some MP miles.  We ran 7 miles at 6:57/mile.  The first few where not very comfortable but once I settled into the pace it felt really good.  The ankle is still tender but manageable.

Glad to hear the ankle is doing better. It seem like it has taken a long to to get it better. Nice run...with the 7 miles at MP pace.
